My design process now starts with AI, not Figma. Before I touch a canvas, I use AI tools to accelerate competitive analysis, synthesize audience research, and draft journey maps I can react to and refine. It lets me arrive at the design file with a clearer problem definition and a stronger point of view. The goal isn't to let AI design for me — it's to spend more of my human attention on judgment, empathy, and the decisions that actually matter. AI-native workflow, human-first approach: that's the balance I aim for on every project.
