People sometimes assume a career pivot means starting over. Mine doesn't. For more than six years I've worked in advertising, communication, and marketing — solving real problems for real clients across Brazil and the United States. That work was never just about posting content. It was about understanding what a client actually needs behind what they say, structuring information so it lands, and delivering under pressure across several brands at once.

Those are UX skills. Research, information architecture, copywriting, briefing, and creative direction — I've been doing the substance of user-centered work long before I called it UX. The move into UX Design is really a shift in vocabulary and tooling, not in mindset. I already study audiences, map their journeys, and design for clarity.

What's new is how I formalize it. I'm channeling that foundation into a dedicated UX practice and pairing it with an AI-native workflow, so I can research, wireframe, and prototype faster. The tools accelerate the process — but every strategic decision, and every judgment about people, stays firmly my own.
