Project Overview
Favela Art needed corporate sponsors, but its impact story lived in scattered, unstructured community data that was hard for decision-makers to absorb. I designed a comprehensive institutional pitch deck that transformed project data, community outcomes, and cultural value into a persuasive, easy-to-follow narrative. Using information architecture, progressive disclosure, and clear data visualization, I reduced cognitive load so sponsors could grasp the value quickly and feel confident committing. The 20+ page deck became the project's primary tool for building sponsor trust.

Scope & Deliverables
Narrative Design
- Storytelling: Turned raw community outcomes into a narrative arc that made the impact feel human and urgent.
- Persuasive Structure: Ordered the story to build sponsor confidence step by step toward a clear ask.
Information Architecture
- Progressive Disclosure: Layered detail so decision-makers absorbed the big picture before the supporting data.
- Data Visualization: Translated complex metrics into charts and visuals that were fast to read.
- Visual Hierarchy: Guided attention across 20+ pages with consistent typographic and layout systems.
Challenges & Solutions
Impact data was scattered and too complex for busy corporate decision-makers to absorb.
Applied information architecture and progressive disclosure to sequence information from big picture to detail.
Numbers alone did not convey the emotional value of the project.
Wrapped data in a human-centered narrative and paired metrics with visual storytelling.
A long deck risked losing reader attention.
Established a consistent visual hierarchy and rhythm across 20+ pages to keep the reader oriented.
